1. What We Offer
Grounded Light Studio offers soulful health and life coaching services:
• Soul Notes — voice note coaching
• Soul Sessions — 60-minute one-on-one sessions
• 90-Day Grounded Sessions — deeper ongoing coaching
These are tools for personal growth — not medical, psychological, legal, or financial  treatment.

2. Who Can Join Us
By booking, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

3. Payment & Cancellations
• Payment is required in advance.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Need to reschedule? Please contact us at least 24 hours before your session.

4. A Gentle Disclaimer
Coaching is partnership-based; your journey and choices are always yours.
We do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. If you’re experiencing distress, please reach out to a licensed professional.

5. Creative & Soulful Content
All text, images, and voice notes on our site belong to Grounded Light Studio (unless noted).
Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Confidentiality
We hold your story with care and confidentiality, except if required by law or in cases of harm to self/others.

7. Limiting Liability
We do our best to hold a safe space, but can’t guarantee specific results. Grounded Light Studio is not liable for damages from using our site or services.

8. Updates
We may update these terms. The newest version will always be here with the date at the top.

9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of MN./USA.
