What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.

What can I expect from a life coaching session?

In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.

How long does a life/health coaching program last?

The length of a life coaching program depends on the individual and their goals. Some programs may last a few months, while others may last a year or more. It really depends on your path and where you’d like to go.

What are the benefits of life/health coaching?

Life/health coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.

What is your coaching philosophy?

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.

What is the difference between a life coach and a therapist?

While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

How long does a life/health coaching session last?

Life/health coaching sessions can vary in length, depending on which studio session you choose. Soul Notes are roughly a 3-5 min. voice note that I send you after you fill out a quick reflections form. Soul Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. 90-Day Grounded Sessions are similar in length to the Soul Sessions but we will go through a series of 12 (one each week) during your 3 month transformation.

The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships, overall health or find greater fulfillment in life.

What is your approach to goal-setting?

My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.

What sets you apart from other life or health coaches?

 I have a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.

Do you offer in-person coaching sessions?

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients. Most of my clients Schedule their sessions via phone call.
